This month MacTweet Challenge is to make Macaron + Ice cream combo. Unfortunately I do not know how to make ice cream and do not own an ice cream maker so it wont be possible to make the ice cream filling.
However, this got me thinking on one of my childhood favourite ice cream Paddle Pop Ice Cream, that sadly I will probably nolonger consume since I came to know that Streets are owned by Unilever (I boycott most products I could from these big brothers - L'Oreal, P&G, Unilever, Colgate&Palmolive - due to the animal testing policy)

Well I will no go deep into that as that's another story. So now this idea has got me ticking and I could barely wait to make the shells - a lot of fun!
The filling is a pineapple chocolate ganache, so what do you guys think?
